East Bay spring favorites
Our favorite local producers are delivering some best-of-season foods to our kitchen. Right now we're preparing 100% grass fed organic lamb from Emigh Ranch, humanely raised beef from Cream CO. meats, the best sustainably sourced seafood from Water 2 Table, Frog Hollow fruits, and the abundant produce of Happy Boy Farms. A great time to be dining in Berkeley. English peas? Asparagus? Oh, yes. And strawberries are on deck.
